The thermoplastic resin is first extruded or injection-molded into a semi-molten tubular particle, after which it is softened and put into several mould forms.
Once the mould has been sealed, compressed air is pushed into the parison, which is already sealed in the cavity of the mould in a rubber-like state. As a result of the gas's pressure expanding the particle, it becomes hollow and near to the cavity's inner wall.
